For which 73,382 peoples have applied so far. Of these, 50,523 people have deposited the application fees so far. Thats, till now 22,859 people have not deposited the application fees.

477 plots up to 2000 sqm
There is a golden opportunity to settle near Jewar International Airport in Noida. The Yamuna Authority had launched the residential plots scheme. The demand for plots to build house in this area has increase. Under this scheme 477 plots in 9 different size ranging from 60 sqm to 2000 sqm are available. These allocation will be made in 5 sectors of Yamuna City.

Chief CEO of Yamuna Authority, Dr. Arunveer Singh says that under this scheme, allotment of plots will be done through lottery. Till now last date for applying in this scheme was fixed on 7 October, But till 7 October not all people were able to deposit the application fees. Due to which now last date of application has been made till
14 October. For this Yamuna Authority have also purchased 100 GB data. Due to which the people applying should not face any problem and the complete registration can be completed easily.
Farmers and entrepreneurs will get reservation
The CEO of Yamuna Authority said that in this residential plot scheme, 17.5% reservation will be given to the farmers. Meaning, 17.5% of the total plots will be allotted to the farmers who give land for development plans of Yamuna Authority. Similarly 5% plots have been reserved for entrepreneurs, commercial and institutional allottees. The conditions that the company, institution or commercial complex should be functional.

SC/ST registration fee waiver
Dr. Arunveer Singh informed that the allotment of plots has been fixed at Rs 18,510 per square meter. Applicants have to pay 10% of the total cost of the plot as registration fee. Applicants who belong to SC and ST have to deposit 5% registration fee only. Successful applicants will have to pay the remaining 90% of the money within 60 days after the allotment letter is issued. Three payment options will be available
There are three payment options given to the applicants of this scheme. One of these has to be selected. The first options is a lump sum payments. Meaning, the successful applicant will repay the remaining 90% of the money in 60 days. Another option is to pay 50% in lump sum and then the remaining 40% in installments. The third option is to pay the remaining 90% of the amount in half yearly installments over five years.
